Stuart Mc Donald is passionate about people. When speaking at seminars, during one-on-one coaching or while consulting, his audience is captivated by that passion. He strongly believes that positive communication directly influences the relationships we have.

Being an entrepreneur for over 25 years, Stuart is a principal in Symmetry Services Inc,. a Human Capital Company that focuses on professional recruitment, outsourcing, team and individual coaching. His career has encompassed sales, marketing, operations and career development.

Currently Stuart is working towards becoming a Certified Professional Coach at the Adler School for Professional Coaching. He has completed two-thirds of the requirements, the certificate programs The Context of Coaching and The Art of Team Coaching in The Workplace.

He and his wife Lisa, son and daughter live in the Beaches with their dog Sky, cat Rocky and lizard Lash. Both Stuart and Lisa are active runners and are currently training for the Ottawa half marathon.

Karl Hagglund is the founding principal and managing director of Stryder Performance Management Inc. an organization dedicated to the development & enabling of human capital in organizations in North America. Since 1995 Karl has played a pivotal role in linking "hands-on" industry experience to management consulting. In addition to seminars, Karl is involved extensively in executive coaching, team building, facilitation and training work. Karl has extensive experience in executive coaching, performance assessments, restructuring of organizations and succession planning of businesses.

Karl provides clients with extremely accurate information and insight into the impact their style and personal characteristics will have on their ability to perform under various circumstances and to establish superior business teams. This expertise has been demonstrated many times with his clients and contributes to his being a core member of the coaching team that teaches at the Queen's Executive Leadership Program.

Karl brings to his consulting practise 20 years of industry experience which ranges from a partner in a number of businesses, vice president, sales and marketing to senior financial roles. He has been instrumental in the undertaking of rapid financial turnarounds and strategically re-engineering organizations to enable them to compete in an increasingly global forum. This rich experience blended with a warm but candid style provides insights that guide people in making changes that will enhance their performance.
